On Saturday night Wright developments won another prestegious building award. 25 Pacific Blvd was crowned best individual contract house from 1 to 2 Million dollars.

Strikingly modern, yet timeless in its functionality, 25 Pacific Boulevard, Buddina is an outstanding example of luxury design for the coastal lifestyle. Constructed over four levels to maximize the unique site and to capture the 360 degree ocean, marina and hinterland views, this home is an entertainers delight.

The basement level, accessed via the ramped driveway with automatic security gates, accommodates the stylish home cinema with tiered seating for nine; huge screen, motorized speakers and LED feature lighting. In addition the basement level provides car parking, generous storage and a wine cellar. Internal stairs and the 5 person lift also service this level.

Entering the home from the secure gatehouse, leads you on a journey that delights the senses. A suspended walkway crosses a water feature, complete with cascading waterfall and coulered LED lighting. It features a gymnasium and a rumpus room with wet bar opening via bi-fold doors onto the 10m lap pool. 800 x 800 Polished porcelain tiles and an abundance of stainless steel and glass provide clean crisp lines and enhance the feeling of space. This level also houses guest accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry.

The first floor is the families “private” zone. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sitting room all with ocean or marina views. The master ensuite is huge, with freestanding stone bath, double shower and dual vanities. There is also a generous walk in robe and dressing room and private balcony overlooking the marina and the Moololah River mouth.

The upper level is for living and entertaining. It comprises an enormous open plan living and dining area with central 2 pack and stone kitchen. The views from this level are breathtaking. Full 360 degrees of uninterrupted ocean, coastline, river mouth, marina and Glasshouse Mountains. There are 3 balconies serviced by stacking doors to allow even closer access to the views and to provide options for outdoor living regardless of the direction of the prevailing weather.
