1. Concepts
Creating the best home for you begins with the exchange of ideas. At
this conceptual meeting Wright Developments will brief themselves with
your ideas, needs and discuss any possible cost issues. Sketch plans
and inclusions summary are produced and a budget estimate is calculated.
This allows you to confidently proceed to the next design phase.
2. Design
Now that a concept design and budget has been created a 2% preliminary
deposit is paid so that survey plans, soil tests, working drawings,
engineers slab and frame design can be completed. A fixed price for
your new home can now be calculated.
3. Contracts
As you now have a fixed price relating to the final drawings and engineering,
contract documents including a detailed specification are prepared.
Upon signing these documents 5% of the contract amount is paid (less
preliminary amount) as a deposit. Plans are now submitted to a certifier
for construction approval and you are introduced to the colour consultant
to assist you with your internal and external colour scheme.
4. Construction
You will be introduced to your construction supervisor who will meet
with you prior to commencement and will guide you through the construction
methods. He will also contact you through out construction to inspect
the progress of your home. The engineer who did the structural design
of your home is engaged to inspect and certify the construction at various
stages.

At handover you are given a handover kit which includes approved plans,
guarantees and certificates thus giving you the peace of mind that the
important things have been cared for.
You can now enjoy that experience of living in your Wright Developments
home.
