Wright Developments is a locally owned family business with Roger Wright, and more recently, Rick Herden heading the team of professional staff. They are committed to excellence in design, construction & service.

Before Roger and his wife Mandy began Wright Developments, Roger worked with his father who was also a valued and well-known Builder on the Sunshine Coast for many years. Now their son Shane works in the business as well.

Roger and Mandy’s success of solid, stable growth for the past 29 years has been founded on a strong commitment to use only the best work practices and quality material. They commenced Wright Developments in 1986 and now the entire staff are fully committed to Wright Developments objectives of providing quality construction and superior service.

Over 300 homes have been built by Wright Developments over the past 19 years and they range from Traditional homes to a full in-house design, specific to location and lifestyle. At present Wright Developments build around 20 quality homes a year with prices starting around $300,000.

Rick Herden who joined Wright Developments 5 years ago as Construction Manager also brought with him experience in design as he came from an architectural background. Rick has now been rewarded with a directorship and equity in Wright Developments.

Quality Homes may be Wright Developments core business but they are also involved with group title housing, Townhouse Unit Developments, showroom & office complexes and Industrial sheds.
